El Roy zbudowany jest na mocnej ramie chromowo-molibdenowej 4130 z serii 3. Jej cechą szczególną są: hartowane odlewy, zintegrowane stery w główce ramy, zewnętrzne poprowadzenie pancerza hamulcowego. Całość pokryto powłoką ED dla zachowania długowieczności lakieru.

GEOMETRIA

Geometria zorientowana jest na grawitację: główka ramy ma 63 stopnie, kąt rury podsiodłowej to 78 stopni, offset widelca to 44 mm, a parametr reach (zasięg) to w wersji Regular 480 mm; Grande 510 mm.

Customowe odlewy haków tylnego koła w standardzie boost 148×12 mm to gwarancja wytrzymałości i sztywności tam gdzie jej najbardziej potrzeba.
